By condensing the flue gas a significant energy recovery can be made in form of thermal energy and by this mean to improve the overall effectiveness of your boiler plant.
- By flue gas condensing a warm water of 60 - 70 °C is produced
- The energy of this water is transferred to district heat network by using heat exchanger
- The energy recovery by condensing the flue gas can be 10-45% of boiler power, depending on the circumstances. Without flue gas condensing, this energy will be lost to the atmosphere.

The scope can be only the delivery of needed devices and components to the customer or we can fully assemble, install and perform test runs for giving delivery of ready-to-use facility including the training for operating personnel.
The selection of scrubber materials and structural design is evaluated according the location of scrubber, the composition and temperatures of flue gas. Most commonly used are acid proof metals or glass fibre re-inforced plastic.
